此頌明眾生依、正二報及所作業皆自心妄現，如水起波。然達妄即真，如波即是水，同一濕性，焉有差別之相？

This verse clarifies that the dependent and primary retributions of sentient beings, as well as the karma they produce, are all false manifestations of their own minds, just as water gives rise to waves. Yet if one realizes that the false is the true, just as the wave is the water itself sharing the same wet nature, how could there be characteristics of differentiation?
