「二者，菩薩本自願方便故，非不般涅槃，一切眾生而般涅槃。大慧！彼般涅槃是名不般涅槃法相，此亦到一闡提趣。」

"Second, by virtue of the bodhisattva's own original vows and skillful means, it is not that they do not attain parinirvāṇa, but that they do so after all sentient beings attain parinirvāṇa. Mahāmati, that attaining of parinirvāṇa is called the characteristic of the dharma of non-parinirvāṇa; this also reaches the destiny of the icchantika."
