3.62

「大慧！宗通者，謂緣自得勝進相，遠離言說文字妄想，趣無漏界自覺地自相，遠離一切虛妄覺想，降伏一切外道眾魔。緣自覺趣光明輝發，是名宗通相。」

"Mahāmati, penetration of the doctrine means the characteristic of superior advancement in reliance on what is realized by oneself, being far removed from vikalpa of speech and letters, heading toward the svalakṣaṇa of the stage of self-realization in the undefiled realm, being far removed from all false discursive thoughts, and subduing all tīrthikas and hosts of Māras. Shining and radiant in reliance on the destination of self-realization—this is called the characteristic of penetration of the doctrine."
