「大慧！一切所作皆無常，如瓶、衣等一切皆無常過。一切智眾具方便應無義，以所作故；一切所作皆應是如來，無差別因性故。是故大慧！如來非常非無常。」

"Mahāmati, everything that is produced is impermanent; like pots, garments, and the like, everything incurs the fault of impermanence. The provisions and skillful means of the omniscient one would then be meaningless, because [he would be] something produced; and everything produced would have to be a Tathāgata, because there would be no distinct causal nature. Therefore, Mahāmati, the Tathāgata is neither permanent nor impermanent."
