'The continuity of the person and the skandhas': 'person' refers to the self, and 'skandhas' refers to the five skandhas. As for the unbroken continuity of this self and skandhas, the tīrthikas grasp that this dharma is made from wrong causes and conditions, atoms, and the supreme Maheśvara (Īśvara). 'Made' means produced; yet they do not know that this is merely the vikalpa of the measure of the mind.
