上二句問：云何邪正得不相違？如下，佛說生滅無常，外道亦說生滅無常中別答。下句問：未來有十八部之差別？

The first two lines ask: How can the heterodox and the orthodox not contradict each other? This is answered individually below, under the Buddha speaking of impermanence through arising and ceasing, and the non-Buddhists also speaking of impermanence through arising and ceasing. The last line asks: Why will there be the differentiation of the eighteen schools in the future?
