此徵釋惡見，謂彼外道等不知境界一切諸法皆是自心分別所現，於自性第一義說為有無。

This poses the question and explains the evil views, stating that those non-Buddhists and others do not know that all dharmas of the objective realm are manifestations of the vikalpa of their own minds, and concerning the svabhāva of paramārtha, they speak of it as existence or non-existence.
