爾時，大慧復說頌言：「譬如日光出，上下等皆照，世間燈亦然，應為愚說實。」

At that time, Mahāmati again spoke in verse: / “Just as when sunlight emerges, / it illuminates above and below equally; / the lamp of the world is also like this; / the real should be spoken for the foolish.”
