是一頌，又以良醫隨病授藥不同，況如來應量說法有異，故不得如日平等照物，以結前問。

This single verse again takes the skilled physician dispensing different medicines according to illnesses to illustrate that the Tathāgata's teaching of Dharma according to capacity differs; therefore it cannot illuminate things equally like the sun. This concludes the preceding question.
