3.100

此明聲聞斷惑分齊，類諸菩薩第五六地。然但斷三界現行煩惱，未斷習使及所知障，未度不思議變易死。諸魔外中決定唱言：我得四智究竟覺乃至生於得涅槃覺也。

This clarifies the degree of the śrāvakas' severing of delusions, which parallels the fifth and sixth grounds of the bodhisattvas. However, they only sever the active afflictions of the three realms, but have not severed habitual propensities or the cognitive obscurations, nor have they crossed beyond the inconceivable death of transformation. Among all māras and heterodox doctrines, they resolutely proclaim: "I have attained the ultimate awareness of the four knowledges," even giving rise to the awareness of having attained nirvāṇa.
