3.139

言計此相起二種妄想，是諸如來建立演說，謂於內外法起男、女、瓶、衣等名，是名相計著相；於彼內外法中計著自共相法，是事相計著相。即是自性差別二計著。

This means that grasping these marks gives rise to two kinds of parikalpa, which are established and expounded by all the Tathāgatas: giving rise to names such as man, woman, jar, and garment regarding internal and external phenomena is the characteristic of attachment to nāmalakṣaṇa; grasping at the specific and universal characteristics of phenomena within those internal and external dharmas is the characteristic of attachment to phenomenal marks. These are precisely the two attachments to svabhāva and difference.
