因上觀二無我，能離有無斷常二見，故請建立誹謗相也。非有說有名建立，非無說無名誹謗。

Because by contemplating the two selflessnesses above one is able to leave behind the two views of existence and non-existence, annihilation and permanence, he therefore requests [the teaching on] the characteristics of superimposition and deprecation. Asserting existence regarding what is non-existent is called superimposition; asserting non-existence regarding what is not non-existent is called deprecation.
