言佛說八識、五法、三性、二無我者，欲令眾生離於名相妄想得如來法身，展轉相續成佛不斷。

This means that the Buddha speaks of the eight consciousnesses, five dharmas, three svabhāvas, and two selflessnesses because he wishes to cause sentient beings to leave behind names, marks, and false conceptualizations, to attain the Tathāgata's Dharmakāya, and to attain buddhahood continuously and uninterruptedly.
