言能觀察生死世間，唯是自心妄現故，如摩尼無思，示於多身，離所作行，則一切成就也。

This means that being able to observe that the worldly realm of birth and death is only the false manifestation of one's own mind, like a mani jewel without thought, they manifest in multiple bodies, free from fabricated practices; thus everything is accomplished.
