言空者，謂世間妄想計度性句義，為愚夫計著諸法自性，是以我說諸法空無生無二離自性相。

As for emptiness, it refers to the semantic phrasing of the world's false conceptualization and discrimination: because fools grasp onto an intrinsic nature in phenomena, therefore I speak of the characteristics of the emptiness, non-arising, non-duality, and absence of intrinsic nature of all phenomena.
