二、含攝義，謂如來法身含攝一切身相國土，神通大用無量功德故。亦謂含攝一切眾生，皆在如來藏內故。

Second, the meaning of containment: because the Dharmakāya of the Tathāgata contains all bodily forms, lands, supernormal powers, great functions, and immeasurable virtues; it also means that it contains all sentient beings, all within the tathāgatagarbha.
