3.50

言自共相等一切諸法，本無自性，依他眾緣和合生起，猶如幻事，即依他起性也。而諸眾生妄想計度，種種執著取以為實，即是妄計自性執著緣起自性而起。

It means that all dharmas such as individual and common characteristics fundamentally lack intrinsic nature, arising dependent on other conditions in combination, just like illusory matters; this is the paratantrasvabhāva. Yet sentient beings falsely discriminate and calculate, engaging in diverse clinging and grasping them as real; this is precisely the parikalpitasvabhāva arising from clinging to the paratantrasvabhāva.
