謂了諸法非有無生，但唯心現，故無說法因緣過失。若不如是了知諸法，心外見境計著有無，有所言說皆成戲論。

This means that because he comprehends that all phenomena are free from existence and non-existence and unproduced, being only manifestations of the mind, there is no fault regarding causes and conditions in his exposition of the Dharma. If one does not comprehend all phenomena in this way, seeing objects outside of mind and clinging to existence or non-existence, whatever one speaks becomes conceptual proliferation.
