智者觀此妄法實相，了彼能見所見，從自心起故。無有外法有無妄想，起佛乘種性。

A wise person contemplates the dharmatā of these illusory phenomena, comprehending that the perceived and the perceiver arise from one's own mind. Having no false thoughts of the existence or non-existence of external phenomena, he gives rise to the lineage of the Buddha vehicle.
