4.44

然遮異見，權實教中通有三說：一、令諸菩薩知一切法從因緣生，異外道見；二、知從心現，捨二乘見；三、唯心性起，不同權教。學者應知。

However, in warding off aberrant views, there are generally three explanations across provisional and real teachings: first, causing bodhisattvas to know that all phenomena arise from causes and conditions, which differs from non-Buddhist views; second, knowing that they manifest from the mind, which abandons the views of the dviyāna; third, that they are merely the nature-arising of the mind, which is not the same as the provisional teaching. Practitioners should know this.
