明佛不遮緣起滅復生法，以法自性不生故，唯為斷凡愚、癡惑、妄想所計著故。

This clarifies that the Buddha does not ward off the dharma of dependent origination's ceasing and arising again, because phenomena by their intrinsic nature do not arise; it is only to sever what is conceptualized and attached to by the ordinary, the foolish, the deluded, and parikalpa.
