4.70

言第一義諦絕自他相，言說涉有相故不能顯示。又第一義者，但唯證入自性真心，心外無法，外種種法悉皆無性，言說妄想豈能顯示？故勸離言說分別依第一義。

It means that paramārtha-satya transcends marks of self and other; because speech involves marks, it cannot reveal it. Furthermore, the paramārtha is merely the inner realization of the true mind of original nature, with no phenomena outside the mind; all the various external phenomena completely lack intrinsic nature. How could linguistic parikalpa reveal it? Therefore, he exhorts one to be free from linguistic vikalpa and rely on the paramārtha.
