此言離妄計垢濁，了緣起雲翳，即是圓成清淨實性，故以上三為喻。

This says that being free from the dirt and turbidity of false construction and understanding the clouds and cataracts of dependent origination is itself the pariniṣpanna, pure, real nature. Hence the three above are used as analogies.
