言聖人自覺智慧觀察時，無有緣起性，亦無妄計自性，即是正智如如圓成自性。云何愚夫為作妄想覺知，何所求也？
This states that when the noble one's internally realized wisdom observes, there is no nature of dependent origination, nor is there any svabhāva of false construction; this is samyag-jñāna, tathatā, and the pariniṣpannasvabhāva.
