5.186

為妄計故，有妄計緣起二自性。聖人方便隨情說法，亦權安立，令知妄想種種清淨，是聖人所行處故。

Because of false construction, there are the two svabhāvas of parikalpita and paratantra. The noble one, as an expedient means, teaches the Dharma following beings' inclinations, provisionally positing them as conventional designations in order to let them know that the various purities of false discrimination are the sphere navigated by the noble ones.
