5.188

此明佛法知生死緣起法，從自妄想心中生。若計生死、有無諸法異於妄想，從微塵、冥諦、自在等生者，即外道論也。

This clarifies that the Buddhadharma knows that the dependently originated dharmas of saṃsāra arise from one's own falsely discriminating mind. If one posits that the dharmas of saṃsāra, existence, and non-existence are different from false discrimination, and arise from subtle atoms (paramāṇu), the unmanifest (pradhāna), Maheśvara (Īśvara), etc., that is the treatise of the heterodox non-Buddhists.
