注大乘入楞伽經 5.206

5.206

言有心動計有諸乘，即非究竟。若妄想心滅，即無諸乘，亦無能乘諸乘之人，以無人故，亦不建立諸乘，是名一乘。

This means that as long as the mind stirs and posits various vehicles, it is not ultimate. If the parikalpa mind is extinguished, there are no various vehicles, nor is there any person capable of riding the various vehicles. Because there is no person, neither are the various vehicles established; this is named the One Vehicle.
