5.221

因上言自覺聖智證一乘道以成法身故，即明法身大悲起用，作種類身以化眾生，故次明三種意成身也。

Because above it was said that the noble knowledge of self-realization realizes the path of the One Vehicle to accomplish the dharmakāya, it next clarifies that the dharmakāya gives rise to function out of great compassion, producing variety-bodies to transform sentient beings; hence it next clarifies the three kinds of manomayakāya.
