明十地至如來地，了達諸佛自證聖智境界，無量種類異機同感，應無前後一時俱生，猶如意生而無障礙。現此種類不須作意，故言無作行。是故法身大悲起用三意成身，當勤修學。

This clarifies that from the tenth bhūmi to the Tathāgata ground, one thoroughly realizes the realm of the noble knowledge of personal realization of all Buddhas. Innumerable varieties correspond simultaneously to different capacities, responding without before or after, born together at once, just like born of the mind without obstruction. Manifesting these varieties requires no deliberate thought; hence it is called 'action without purpose'. Therefore, one should diligently cultivate and study these three mind-made bodies through which the dharmakāya gives rise to function out of great compassion.
