注大乘入楞伽經 5.52

5.52

言欲超過聲聞諸禪四無量心，及無色界四空定等，得如來三昧者，當離三界自心妄想相。大慧！聲聞極果即以想受滅定而為究竟。若謂超心量者，不然。何以故？妄想心未滅故。

This means that if one wishes to transcend the śrāvaka dhyānas, the four immeasurable minds, and the four formless absorptions of the formless realm, and attain the Tathāgata’s samādhi, one must depart from the marks of one's own mind’s false discrimination regarding the three realms. Mahāmati, the ultimate fruit of the śrāvaka takes the absorption of the cessation of perception and feeling as the culmination. If one says that this transcends cittamatra, it is not so. Why is that? Because the falsely discriminating mind is not yet extinguished.
