非四大種為大種因，謂皆由心現也，故結云此大種造色相，是外道妄想分別。

It is not that the four great elements serve as the causes for the great elements; rather, they are all manifested by the mind. Hence the conclusion states that these characteristics of the great elements creating form are the false vikalpa of non-Buddhists.
