6.147

明如來一智，應物有殊也。謂導二乘知自共相、應凡夫知生滅、類菩薩知不生滅，故復言三種也。

This clarifies that the Tathāgata's single wisdom differs in responding to [different] beings: guiding the two vehicles by knowing self- and common characteristics; responding to ordinary beings by knowing arising and ceasing; and classifying bodhisattvas by knowing non-arising and non-ceasing; therefore he speaks again of three kinds.
