言為夢幻境界所縛者，名妄想心。覺種種不實境界從妄想生者，名為智，無相八地也。及增勝者，如來地。言佛慧從八地如來地生。

Being bound by objective realms that are like dreams and illusions is called the parikalpa mind. Awakening to the fact that the various unreal objective realms arise from parikalpa is called wisdom. 'Signlessness' refers to the eighth stage. 'Superior excellence' refers to the stage of the Tathāgata. This means that the Buddha's prajñā arises from the eighth stage and the stage of the Tathāgata.
