此明定宗正設難也。若言但妄分別，計有種種縛解而實無諸法者，則無眾生雜染煩惱，亦無聖人清淨涅槃，將非如來悉壞一切法，墮空見耶！

This clarifies the fixing of the thesis and directly raises the objection. If one says that it is merely false discrimination, falsely conceptualising various kinds of bondage and liberation while in reality there are no phenomena, then there would be neither the defiled afflictions of sentient beings nor the pure nirvāṇa of the noble ones. Would the Tathāgata not thereby ruin all phenomena and fall into the view of emptiness?
