明非如惡覺妄想愚夫，無始虛偽戲論熏習，計著諸法有無形相，作如是而知者，名為不知也。

This clarifies that it is not like the foolish people of bad discernment and parikalpa, who through beginningless perfuming of false proliferation attach to the shapes and marks of the existence and non-existence of all phenomena; for them, knowing in this manner is called not knowing.
