6.59

自覺觀察，知生死不實如空中花，證實相境界，名宗趣法相。為人解說此不實法，令如實理悟修證入，名言說法相。此二種宗法相，一本作「宗通及說通」。

Observing through self-realization, knowing that saṃsāra is unreal like flowers in the sky, and realizing the realm of dharmatā is called the mark of the tenet of ultimate realization. Explaining these unreal phenomena for others so as to lead them to awaken to, cultivate, and realize the true principle is called the mark of the teaching of verbal explanation. These two kinds of marks of the tenet and Dharma are written in one version as 'the mastery of the tenet and the mastery of the teaching.'
