爾時世尊重說頌言：「宗趣與言說，自證及教法，若能善知見，不隨他妄解。」

At that time, the World-Honoured One restated this in verse:
"The ultimate tenet and verbal explanation, / Self-realization and the doctrine of teachings: / If one can properly know and see them, / One does not follow the false interpretations of others."
