上總問妄想分別所行之相，此別牒問義復有五：一問妄分別如何而生？二問妄分別是何處生？三問妄分別所因？四問妄分別體為是誰？五問妄分別之名？

Above, he generally inquired about the marks traversed by false imagination and discrimination; here, taking them up individually, the points of inquiry are fivefold: first, inquiring how false discrimination arises; second, inquiring where false discrimination arises; third, inquiring into the causes of false discrimination; fourth, inquiring what the essence of false discrimination is; fifth, inquiring into the name of false discrimination.
