言世間從因緣生，愚夫不了因緣性離，起四句見，不知如來達從緣生者是無生法。

This means that the world arises from causes and conditions; foolish persons do not comprehend that the nature of causes and conditions is free [from existence and non-existence], and give rise to views of the four propositions, failing to know that what the Tathāgata comprehends as arising from conditions is the Dharma of non-arising.
