7.108

言從妄心生種種境界，既從妄想心生，故無能相所相。如愚所見妄分別者，雖見即是無見。三有亦爾，愚不能覺。

This means that from the false mind are produced the manifold external objects; since they are produced from the falsely discriminating mind, there is no characterized or characterizing. Like the false discriminations seen by fools, although seeing, it is non-seeing. The three existences are also like this, but fools cannot comprehend it.
