蘊緣者陰界入也，正覺者法身也，言法身與陰界入離一異也。若無有見者，不得分別有一異。

'The conditions of the skandhas' refers to the skandhas, dhātus, and āyatanas; 'the Sambuddha' refers to the Dharmakāya. This states that the Dharmakāya and the skandhas, dhātus, and āyatanas are free from identity and difference. If there is no seer, one cannot differentiate them as having identity or difference.
