注大乘入楞伽經 7.141

7.141

言法身非有一法體，如彼愚夫妄分別見，雖非愚夫所見性，亦復非是無也。諸法性如是者，謂諸法性本來亦爾，離有離無不可言說。

This states that the Dharmakāya is not an existent entity of a dharma as perceived through the false conceptual discriminations of those foolish worldlings. Although it is not the nature seen by foolish worldlings, neither is it non-existent. 'The nature of phenomena is like this' means that the nature of phenomena is originally also like this: free from existence and free from non-existence, ineffable.
