言愚夫不知如來法身，體離有無，計我無我，著於言說、溺於一切二邊過患，則自壞壞他流轉生死。

This means that foolish worldlings do not know that the Tathāgata's Dharmakāya is intrinsically free from existence and non-existence. Conceptualizing a self and a non-self, clinging to words, and drowning in the faults of all two extremes, they destroy themselves and destroy others, transmigrating through birth and death.
