As above, fifty names that may be known are briefly enumerated to exemplify the great number. Viṣṇu here means 'Great Strength'. Kapila is the name of a city; because the Buddha was born in that city, he was therefore named the Kapila ṛṣi. Indra here means 'Venerable'. Proper translations for Kubera and Śuka have not been seen. Names such as these fill three countless hundreds of thousands of titles; their designations differ, yet their substance is only one, without increase or decrease. Those of sharp faculties in this world and other realms can know that the Tathāgata's Dharmakāya manifests in accordance with the minds of sentient beings, without really coming or going. Like the clear moon reflecting in many waters, how could there be any emerging or entering?
