言無始妄習因滅，妄分別想轉所依故，即名解脫。非斷滅邊，是故不得言無邊也。

This means that when the cause of beginningless deluded habit-energy ceases and the falsely discriminating thoughts undergo a transformation of the basis, this is called liberation. It is not an aspect of annihilation; therefore it cannot be said that there is no boundary.
