8.213

凡愚為五住熏心所迷覆故，不知如來藏常，起剎那見。言四種習氣者，即四住煩惱及根本無明也。

Ordinary fools are deluded and covered by the perfuming of the mind by the five entrenchments, and so they do not know that the tathāgatagarbha is permanent and give rise to the view of momentariness. The 'four kinds of habit-energy' refers to the afflictions of the four entrenchments and fundamental ignorance.
