To say 'supramundane supreme pāramitās' means that a great bodhisattva, regarding the two dharmas of the internal and external within their own mind, realizes that they are solely manifestations of erroneous discrimination; they do not give rise to the parikalpa of a giver, do not produce grasping at a recipient, and do not seize upon the forms of the given objects in between. In order to cause sentient beings to attain fearlessness, peace, and happiness, they constantly practice giving. Therefore the treatise states: 'Because they know that the essence of dharmatā is devoid of stinginess and greed, they accord with it and cultivate the dāna-pāramitā.'
