8.240

論云「以知法性體明，離無明故，隨順修行般若波羅蜜。」故《華嚴》六地偈云「不取眾相而行施，本絕諸惡堅持戒，解法無害常堪忍，知法性離具精進，已盡煩惱入諸禪，善達性空分別法。」此偈明地上所修，故直云已盡煩惱等。論通勝解行中發心修行，但云隨順。

The treatise says: 'Because they know that the essence of dharmatā is luminous and free from ignorance, they accord with it and cultivate the prajñā-pāramitā.' Hence the verse on the sixth stage in the Avataṃsaka states: 'Practicing giving without seizing upon any marks, / firmly upholding precepts with all evils fundamentally severed, / understanding dharmas to be non-harming and always enduring, / knowing that dharmatā is detached and possessing vigor, / having exhausted afflictions, entering into the dhyānas, / skillfully comprehending the emptiness of nature and discriminating dharmas.' This verse clarifies what is cultivated on the [bodhisattva] grounds, so it directly says 'having exhausted afflictions' and so on. The treatise applies to generating the mind and cultivating practice within the stage of resolve and practice (adhimukticaryābhūmi), so it merely says 'accord with.'
