佛先所說見、聞、疑殺不許食者，已是悉斷，然惡習愚夫不知教意，妄起分別謂聽食肉。
What the Buddha previously stated regarding not permitting the eating of what is seen, heard, or suspected to be killed was already cutting off all [meat]. Yet foolish persons with evil habits do not understand the intention of the teaching, and falsely give rise to discriminations, claiming that eating meat is permitted.
