"Having their crowns consecrated by the hands of all Buddhas" means they have all exhausted the practices of the ten grounds and received the empowerment of consecration, indicating the nobility of their stage. "All having come to this assembly from various Buddha-lands, with Bodhisattva Mahāmati as their leader" means that there were those of great spiritual virtue coming from other directions, and the leading bodhisattva possessed great wisdom, hence named Mahāmati.
